We may request photographic evidence or additional information to assess the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will initiate the exchange process.
  2. Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request additional information or photographic evidence. Once verified, we will arrange for the exchange of the incorrect product.
  3. Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any requested evidence (e.g., photos, unpacking video).
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
  4. Unpacking Video Requirement: For all exchange requests, we require customers to submit an unpacking video of the product received. This video is crucial for us to assess the condition of the item and ensure a smooth exchange process. Please ensure the video clearly shows the unboxing process and any damage or defects.

Important Notes:

  • Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours of receiving the product will not be considered.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Baxaful reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the specified criteria.
